The fins of Test Rocket 1 are canted, which causes the rocket to spin along its longitudinal axis. The spin causes coupling between the rockets minor axes, which causes the rocket to precess as a result seeing a step function of lateral wind at launch.

This is the plan-form for Test Rocket 1. It is a 93" long, 3" diameter rocket flying on a J135 motor. The fins are canted at 0.5 deg that cause the rocket to spin during its flight.
